Readers Rave about Cooking with Herbs & Spices
An Amazon.com Review: "I highly recommend this book to anyone who uses herbs and spices. I am in the fortunate position to have access to some fresh herbs and spices at the moment - however I'm only just learning how to use them! This book has given me lots of inspiration and I can see myself coming back to it again and again as a reference for my cooking as there are so many great ideas in it!

Thanks for commenting, Nancy. Yes, every time I look at their site I want to run outside and find a pot and stick a plant in it! LOL.
I used to grow sweet peppers on a very tiny apartment balcony. They do really well if you keep them watered and feed them once in a while.
